End of Summer Showoff (EOSS) 2010

Pre-Registration system will allow for group parking, so if you are coming with more than yourself, please have everyone in your group use the same group/club/organizations name. You do not have to belong to a car club to show your vehicle.

All car show registration fees will be paid/collected at the entry gate ($20.00 cash, per vehicle displayed), people are free (as with all TOCC events).

 

Saturday, September 11th 2010

> Registration and Set up from 2:30 - 4:00 pm; Registration closes at 4:00 pm sharply.

> Voting & Judging ends at 6:30 pm. 

> Raffles & Give-a-Ways will be announced at 8:15 pm.

> Awards Ceremony from 8:30 -to- 9:00 pm.

> Car/Truck/Motorcycle show closes at 9:00 pm.

> LED/Glow Off: 9:00 -to- 9:45 pm.

> Glow Awards: 9:45 pm -to- 10:00 pm.

At this point, you are welcome to use your pass to gain free entry inside Spinnaker Beach Club to hang out, eat, dance, listen to the live music, or take in the beach out back, or pack up and roll on out. If you decide to stay, we will have personnel to keep watch over the vehicles but due caution should still be taken. Please make plans to lock your belongings up and secure your vehicle before entering. Spinnakers Beach Club will close at 4:00 am.

*LIABILITY, MEDIA, GENERAL RELEASE:

Entrants and participants by execution of this entry form release and discharge the all parties involved. This includes but not limited to; The End of Summer Event Staff, Tricked Out Car Club , Spinnaker Beach Club, their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, servants, volunteers, sponsors, and anyone else connected with the event (we). This releases all causes whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant or participant to his or her person or property.

Tricked Out Car Club reserves the right to evict any entrants whose behavior is deemed objectionable. Including but not limited to, damage caused by the entrant, by his/her vehicle, entrant's appearance, or that of his/her vehicle, or conduct considered unbecoming or not fitting to the shows image. In the event of any eviction or restriction, Tricked Out Car Club is not liable to refund any entry fees except at its own discretion. Tricked Out Car Club also reserves the right to all photos or videos taken at the event. By submitting your registration to TOCC for this event, entrant agrees and understands that Tricked Out Car Club is NOT responsible for any injury, loss of articles, or theft.

Entrants and participants; by execution of this entry release you discharge Spinnaker Beach Club and Tricked Out Car Club and affirm that you are solely responsible for your personal property. We are not responsible for injuries, lost, stolen or damaged property.

ATTENTION ALL: All payments will be collected at the event gates. By pre-registering, you will be assigned parking with your club/group/friends. All other parking will be according to EOSS design. We will not be accepting payments for pre registration entries online. If you are not in a club and have more than one vehicle joining you, please list a group name on all registration forms so we may park you together.
